Community Classes

There are 3 free community classes each week.
Each community class is offered at Smith Active Adult Center Greensboro.

Monday 6:15-7:15 - Slow Flow and Deep Stretch
This all-levels class focuses on deep stretches and slower movement between poses.

Wednesday 6:15-7:15 - Playful Balance
This all-levels class works on the balance of breath and movement and will always incorporate standing balance poses. Props will be available to help move into and out of balance poses.

Friday 6-7 - Friday Yoga
Friday night yoga is an opportunity to say goodbye to the week and welcome in the weekend. This class changes weekly and keeps you on your toes with exciting transitions. This class will help you be ready for whatever weekend fun is ahead of you.
